How to Order

You may place an order on the web @ www.NowickiAutosport.com Your Customer Number, or mail code appears above your name on the address label or on an invoice. If you are using an Order Form, refer to the shipping chart below. If you have questions about oversize or heavy items or any other form of non-standard shipping, please contact our customer service. For your protection - do not mail cash.

How We Ship

Most orders ship flat rate by FedEx. Due to FedEx regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Small items and items shipped to military addresses may ship via US Postal Service. Some oversized items ship by Truck Freight. If you want to receive merchandise faster, several optional Express methods of shipment are available at an additional cost. We often ship from multiple locations throughout the US to give you better and more economical service.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Money Order or Personal Check. Payments made with Temporary Checks from your account will be held up to 21 days for clearance before shipping. All Store Credits expire 24 months from the date of issue.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to a Michigan address will be charged 6% Sales Tax. 

Back Orders

Because we are a warehouse distributor, we carry literally hundreds of products. Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. We only specify that the product not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Nowicki Autosport will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. For fast processing of returns, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number, or use the return form on the back of your invoice. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates (and unused portions of Gift Certificates) are valid for two (2) years from date of issue for future purchases.

Merchandise Credits Policy

Merchandise Credits are non-transferable. Merchandise Credits cannot be used to purchase gift certificates. Merchandise Credits are valid for two (2) years from the date of issue.

Refund Check Policy

Nowicki Autosport Refund Checks are valid for one (1) years from the date of issue.

Question: What is your lowest price policy?

A: Nowicki Autosport will match competitors delivered price, which will include shipping and tax, for the same brand product as long as it is from an authorized distributor, the product is in stock and the price can be verified in a current catalog, web site or advertisement.

The pricing match guarantee will not apply to items listed from auction web sites, or listed as clearance, closeout, discontinued, second, scratch and dent or are priced incorrectly in the authorized distributor's catalog, website or ad. The price match guarantee cannot be based on club or membership discounts or group buys and cannot be combined with any other offers.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 1 (800) 742-5877 and report the damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill. After contacting the carrier, please contact Nowicki Customer Service for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.

Warranties

All parts, other than specific Nowicki Autosport Branded products, are covered by the third party manufacturer's warranties and/or guarantees. To obtain warranty information on third-party manufacturer's products found on our website or in one of our catalogs, please contact Nowicki Customer Service.  We can obtain the warranty information and e-mail it to you when it's available.  

For specific Nowicki Autosport branded items, each product carries a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (valid to the original purchaser with products manufactured after 1/1/2019).  

We have made every effort to ensure that information in our catalog and on our web site is correct; however, any typographical or printing errors, Prices or Specifications (subject to change) will be corrected without prior notice.
