Your satisfaction is guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it anytime within 30 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount you paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Nowicki Autosport will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. We only specify that the returned product not be damaged, missing components, or manufacturer’s documentation. Any non-stocking components are exempted from this policy and will be subject to an appropriate re-stocking fee. Racing, special order, electrically related components, and wheels that have been mounted are NOT returnable.
Are you missing anything from your order?
To ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible, not every item from your order may arrive in the same shipment or on the same day. You can track shipments by visiting your My Account page.
If you’re sure that all shipments have arrived and you’re still missing items from your order, please contact Nowicki Autosport customer service.
Was your shipment damaged?
If your shipment was damaged, please do not use the return form below. Instead, contact Nowicki Autosport customer service and we'll work towards getting you a new shipment as soon as possible.
How to return products
1. Complete a Nowicki Autosport Merchandise Return Form. Place the return form inside the box with the merchandise you're returning.
2. Complete a Return Label and tape it to the outside of the package.
3. Bring the package to UPS or USPS and ship it back to Nowicki Autosport only if it was an item manufactured by Nowicki Autosport. If it was drop shipped / manufacturer direct, the item(s) will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer and NOT Nowicki Autosport. Please note that UPS or USPS will charge you for shipping the item.
